Jan-Maarten van Tuinen has a solid track record as an entrepreneur and director in project-based services and organizational development. He has extensive experience in business operations, public partnerships, and realizing complex processes where governance, execution, and stakeholders converge.

 Within Probiento, Jan-Maarten focuses primarily on strategic collaboration, organizational development, and connecting public challenges to concrete feasibility.

Robert Segaar is an expert in finance, control, and analytical business management. He possesses extensive experience in process design, financial analysis, and organizational control, and is known for his analytical approach to complex operational issues.

 Within Probiento, Robert focuses on financial governance, control, process optimization, and the translation of policy into digital solutions.

Laurus van Essen has a background at the intersection of societal issues and digitalization. He has extensive experience as a project manager in the public sector with the implementation of new legislation and regulations and translating complex policy issues into workable processes and widely supported solutions.
